A complete GTM
Operating System

Every job RevOps does — quota planning, lead routing, deal health, churn risk, customer comms, business reviews — specced as a service. Three reasoning agents on top read those services to answer real CRO questions. 41 services + 3 agents + 15 specialist tools across 10 layers.

A quick tour for first-time viewers
The logic of how every job is done is no longer trapped in someone's head or a stale Confluence doc — it's a click-through service spec, with reasoning agents (the L9 "brains") that answer questions a CRO actually asks: why is the segment soft? what's the play on this account? did last year's bet work? Brains propose; humans approve; services execute. The full lineage from a brain proposal to an executed action is preserved end-to-end. Click the tabs above; here's what each one shows.
The OS — every service catalogued, click-through to the full logic spec for any one. Replaces "ask Sarah" or "find the Confluence doc" — the actual logic of how each job is done is no longer tribal knowledge.
Connection Map — the dependency graph between services. RevOps is a team sport: a new product ripples through quotas, enablement, comp, WBR. This is the visual of those connections — manual today, scales through the OS in the bigger vision.
Brain Outputs — 19 real strategic + operational questions, each answered by the prototype's three reasoning agents on real data. What it actually feels like to ask the system a question — including AGT-903's option-set strategic memos with full risk surface + assumptions-must-hold.
Follow a Lead — one synthetic deal, walked end-to-end from inbound lead through renewal, with every service firing + two real brain reasoning moments embedded inline. Answers "does this thing actually work?" with the full lifecycle.
Planning — your quarterly planning meeting in three sub-panels: quota, headcount, territory. Pull a slider; the math respects every spec guardrail. Sized for $400M–$1B ARR / 80–100 reps.
Forecast & WBR — the forecast call (bottoms-up vs top-down vs commit vs plan) and the WBR readout (5 canonical metrics + brain narrative). The numbers your CFO and board see.
ICP Scorer Demo — deterministic JS reproduction of the 6-dimension ICP scoring + routing. Skip unless you want the dimensional model up close.

Three tiers. 41 GTM Services in L1–L8 (deterministic, single-writer-per-table, audit-grade — v38 added AGT-208 Developer Signal Scorer for PLG-funnel scoring on consumption-pricing platforms). 3 Brain Agents in L9 (LLM-native, operator-invoked, read Tier 1 services but never write canonical data; gated by 30-question eval harness — all three prototyped & eval-passing — AGT-903 added v38.6 with 5/5 EVAL-S fixtures green at \$2.89 sweep). 15 Specialist Tools in Tier 3 across 4 waves — stateless callable functions that brains and services invoke for narrow cognition tasks (TOOL-003 / TOOL-004 / TOOL-008 / TOOL-010 / TOOL-013 / TOOL-014 / TOOL-015 prototyped; remaining 8 specced). The distinction is deliberate; brains propose, humans co-define and approve, services execute. v38 also adds tier-migration as a new expansion play type (AGT-503), GP-overlay comp variant (AGT-101 + AGT-103), and motion-aware lead routing (AGT-202). See changelog for current state.

ICP Scorer Demo

Deterministic JS reproduction of AGT-201 6-dimension scoring + AGT-202 routing. Useful for explaining the dimensional model — narrow scope, no LLM, no brain reasoning. For end-to-end reasoning see Brain Outputs and Follow a Lead.

Fill in lead profile and click run.
Follow a Lead — end-to-end walkthrough coming next. Single synthetic account from lead → close → onboarding → first overage → expansion → renewal.
